Interview about Inclusion, My Photography and Disabilities

I had the honor to be interviewed by and chat with Aaron DeVries of The Inclusive Dad podcast. In this epiosde, host Aaron DeVries sits down with me to explore the intersection of storytelling, disability, and inclusion. I share how I combined my background in psychology with my lifelong passion for photography to highlight the humanity and individuality of people with disabilities. The conversation dives into how photography can slow us down, help us notice what often goes unseen, and tell powerful stories that challenge assumptions. I also discusses my and my team's award-winning documentary Disability in Focus, the impact of inclusive representation, and practical ways anyone can increase accessibility and awareness in their communities today. Enjoy! More information at: https://theinclusivedad.com/

Interview About My Photography, Disabilities, and Film

I had the unique opportunity to be interviewed by Dr. Katherine Marshall who interviews film makers regarding the interaction between psychology and film. We talked about my life as a guy with a camera and psych degree who aims to inform and educate about people with disabilities by telling their stories through photography. All this resulted in our documentary short, Disability in Focus. Enjoy!
