Check out the current showings of our documentary short, Disability in Focus, in theaters around the world. I'm grateful to the families who participated and amazing film crew. It would be my honor for you check out the film at the current locations. The goal is to make more films or series on individuals with disabilities and other sectors of the human population who tend to go unnoticed, are misrepresented and misunderstood. Thank you!
Summary
Through the lens of Scott Gutentag, a licensed educational psychologist and professional photographer, the film showcases how he tells the stories of individuals wth disabilities through the power of photography. Going behind the scenes with 5 families and individuals with disabilities, this documentary beautifully conveys how photography can support and inform others about inclusion; create lasting legacies; and tell the authentic stories of a human population that tends to be under-represented, misunderstood, and overlooked.
